Production & Processing Time.

Since every piece at Aviv Craft is precision-cut and hand-finished to order, we do not ship immediately.

Standard Orders: Please allow 5–7 business days for us to cut, sand, and finish your veneer art at our Hyderabad studio.

Custom Orders: Personalized items (names/dates) require an additional 2–3 days for design approval and production.

Secure Packaging for Aviv Craft.

We understand that finishes and intricate cuts can be delicate.

All orders are packed in reinforced, layered packaging to prevent bending and protect the wood surface from scratches. We use trusted courier partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC) to ensure safe handling.

Delivery Estimates.

We ship nationwide across India.

South India: 2–4 business days.

Rest of India: 4–7 business days.

Remote Areas: 7+ business days.

Damage Claim/Product Replacement.

Mandatory Unboxing Video to claim a replacement for damage during transit, you MUST provide an uncut unboxing video. This video helps us prove to the courier company that the damage happened during shipping and not during installation. Without this video, we cannot offer a free replacement.
